Using this community.

Because It’s You provides free learning and experience-based career guidance.

Free learning and guidance

The guides and community guidance are free. There is no paid tier or subscription. Group sessions depend on the calendar and available capacity. Individual conversations are also free and arranged after Suhail reviews a request; a request does not guarantee a call or a reply by a particular date.

Sharing material

You may share the published guides and templates for personal use with attribution. Do not resell them, present them as your own or repackage them into paid products. Other people’s work and feedback should be shared only with their permission.

Realistic expectations

Examples explain approaches rather than promise outcomes. Fictional teaching examples are labelled. Guidance does not guarantee employment, an interview, admission or visa sponsorship. Decisions should account for your circumstances and current employer or official requirements. This is not a replacement for regulated legal, financial or immigration advice.

Bookings and respectful participation

Use the linked calendar to check group availability. If you cannot attend, use the cancellation or rescheduling options in your booking confirmation. Respect other participants, keep their personal details private and do not record or publish their contributions without permission.

Third-party services

External job boards, AI tools and booking services have their own conditions and may have charges or usage limits. Our links are resources, not endorsements of every listing or generated answer. The practice described in the guides should use relevant free access where available; purchasing a subscription is not required to learn here.
